Kendra Rosencrans is a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Systems at Saybrook University. She is the co-editor of a special issue of the Journal of Organizational Transformation and Social Change featuring articles from the ISSS 2016 conference. She has a master's degree in science journalism from Columbia University. She works with nonprofit organizations on narratives of ingenuity: the capacity for problem-solving, innovation, & systemic change under institutional and resource constraints -- how to see & think differently to leverage positive change, how to make more from less, how to engage in creative disobedience. Her research interests: narratives & systems thinking, the narratives of databases, bricolage, digital life, media, organizational ingenuity.
